I just got this security camera today, and so far so good! Seems like a very good product for the price point. Good camera imaging, easy app to pair with it, easy set up. I also love that when someone’s passing the camera, it snaps a still picture that pops up on my Apple Watch to notify me. I’m very pleased so far. If anything changes, I’ll update here.

Really surprised at the quality of this system. Cameras are super easy to install. App works very well. Night vision on the cameras is great. Had it up for about a month now and still going good. Have not had an issue yet

(Update) 7/02/23This is ridiculous, I swear these PTZ cameras do not last even the latest version do not last, I have them program to rotate every 30secs to 3 different positions and now the one facing the drive is broken and will not rotate fulling sigh. I may need to look else were for a PTZ camera the lasts longer than just a few months.(Update) 2/6/232 of the cameras have died and one will not rotate properly so I reached out to Hiseeu customer support and I provided my amazon order invoice and they sent 2 replacements. That's great customer service and if they keep it with the great service then I will recommend and continue to support small companies.These cameras WHD303 replaced my older WHD203 w/NVR. They only sell a bundle NVR with the WHD203 and every was fine and after couple of weeks the WHD203 started to fail some with getting stuck, no longer rotating or IR night vision being distorted with static and NOT very clear. I tried getting high gain antennas and replacing power supply, rebooting NVR complete reset and nothing worked. Even the brand new WHD203 out of the box had horrible IR night vision. Im happy to say the the WHD303 seem better than the WHD203. I basically replaced all of my WHD203s with the newer WHD303s, I just hope they last longer than just a couple of weeks. With that said, Hiseeu customer service was professional to the point that they refunded 4x original defective WHD203 that came with the NVR so i could purchase 4x WHD303, and linked them to my NVR with no issues. I will update this review as needed. I will continue to support Hiseeu products as long as their customer service is top notch 5 star rating.

I am really impressed with the quality of this camera. And at $30? A steal. Now I noticed it will take about 10 seconds to load sometimes when I click on the app, but not often. I love how it alerts you when activity occurs; and not small things like animals but actual traffic (cars, people). It was easy to install, no instructions so for a first timer I was disappointed but apparently it’s not needed. I got it up just fine. The cord is a good length, as I have an outlet just behind the door it sits at. But if you need more room just get an extension cord. You can also go back and rewatch when the activity occurred. I like that it specifies the timing so you’re not digging thru footage. It has audio, two way. And a light. You can also move the camera through the app to see the surrounding area. I love that feature because I can point it to the ground to see if a package was delivered. Overall 10/10

Helps catch the bad guys.Clear pictures, and video.Only thing I don't like is it's not easy to capture only the area you want. I don't understand how to use that feature. Very sensitive. Which is what I wanted.

I had low expectations after I purchased on Black Friday for 35 bucks, but after installing I was blown away by the performance. Already have a $3k system with a few blind spots so I wanted something to fill in a crucial area dead spot. There’s no escaping getting caught by this little unit. It follows you until you’re no longer within a 75 foot range of where it’s mounted. I love the siren option, and the super bright lights that warn people that they’re being watched when it detects people so that’s a great deterrent. Everything about this is impressive and I’m waiting for the other 4 I’ve ordered. I wouldn’t have purchased my expensive system if I had bought these earlier, I’m only hoping they last. Definitely recommend as I’ve got a lot of experience with cctv systems… the sound recording is also crystal clear at over 40 feet away.

Good Basic camera, we are returning because it does not track at 360 degrees, only tracks right at 350 not even 355 degrees. Also camera does not detect or autotracks pets even with the so called pet high sensitive label function it does not work. Hard to install because you cannot lose the cap so you will need a flexible screw driver device

Easy to set up and operate with and without a DVR. Just make sure you have a compatible Hiseeu DVR. Will not work with some of the older systems. You can also connect directly to your wireless router and record to a micro SD card.

I can honestly say that this system installed by itself. I thought that I needed to pair the cameras to the DVR (they call it NVR) but when I plugged everything in, and followed some very simple instructions, pictures of all cameras showed up on the monitor connected to the DVR. I can see the live images on my cell phone too . You can choose to see all four cameras at the same time or choose to see one camera at a time (by sweeping your phone screen you can move from camera one to camera two, etc). The system records 24/7, and you can review any video from all cameras at the same time or individually. I noticed that the software for the phone works better if you completely close it after using it. If it's running in the background, it may show the cameras offline when you try to use the app again. The computer software is less reliable especially if you want to retrieve videos from earlier, but if you just want to look at the cameras live, it works fine. The DVR software works very good and is easy to use. The only problem I encountered was trying to set up the email to receive alerts. I KNOW I followed all the steps described in the booklet, still, I would get a message stating that the email, password or server was incorrect. Nevertheless, the app has a setting called Message Push which will deliver an audible alert through the app when motion is detected. So you get an alert after all, but not in email form, just a sound, like when you get a text message. I wanted to find out if the email alert included a picture of what caused the motion detection since that's what the booklet shows: a picture of a burglar entering though a window with the data for date, time, camera or channel, ip address, etc. Since the email never worked for me, hence my 4 stars. Overall, I'm very pleased with the system. So happy . Plus customer support service also awesome. If you have any questions they are ready to help you out by contacting email or call. I received this as a gift and it is the best gift someone could give. With all of the thefts and porch pirates these days it is a must to have a security camera at your place of business or at home.I really like this camera. It lets me see if anyone is at my house or at my place of business no matter where I might be.The images are nice and clear. I can even read the lenience plates of cars that enter my driveway.The camera tracks the person until they are far away.The night lights are very bright and stay on as long as there is movement.I can talk to anyone that comes in a range of my camera so they think that I am at home.This is a great camera and I recommend it.

This camera arrived quickly,was well packaged it's easy to set up using the app....

I give the camera a 5 out of 5, but I did experience some frustration in setting up the first one. I did not grasp that the camera could read the QR code that appeared on the iPad screen. Once my techie neighbour explained this to me, the setup went smoothly. The second camera took 3 minutes!Maybe a picture on p. 04 of the manual showing the camera pointed at the QR code might have clued me in.And yes, it would be nice to be able to dial down the sensitivity. As it is, the camera is triggered by every snow flake or bird flying by.
