Very happy with the quality and ease of programming this remote. The included instructions were super easy to follow and I had it set up and working in minutes in the first try. It even came with the battery installed. My only issue is that it doesn’t open our door when the controller in the garage is set to “Lock”. The Chamberlain is smart enough to realize the secure keypad is not a standard remote in a vehicle that should be ignored when the system is locked. This keypad also gets excluded and doesn’t work when the system is locked. Previous keypads still worked. Contacted the seller and hoping for a resolution. Other than that it’s awesome and a great deal.

This is a great remote and it's quite versatile. I have a Secure+ 2.0 system with the yellow program button. My system allows you to program the Chamberlain remotes by pressing a learn button on the button panel by the door to the house. This unit would not program using that method. However after getting out a ladder and hitting the learn button on the opener itself, it did program the new keypad and works perfectly. I like the fact you can control multiple garage door openers, as I have three Chamberlain openers. Also I like the fact that you can program a visitor code and limit the number of times that it can be used before it resets. One thing to remember is that when using the unit to open the door, after hitting the code you must press and HOLD the ENTER button for a second or two for it to engage the opener.All in all a very good unit.

This is not a Chamberlain keypad. It is compatible but there are some differences. Most notably on the Chamberlain once the door is open, all you have to do to close the door is press the enter button. On this model you have to input your pin then press enter. The directions for programming the keypad are clear and accurate, however you have a short window to complete each step. If you take too long you have to start over. It took me three attempts, but I did get the unit programmed.

After installing this product, the door would open when the Enter button was pressed and closing the door required entering the keypad code. Just opposite of the way it should work.Returned the unit. Purchased a unit made by Chamberlain. Worked perfectly.

What we liked most about this product was the ease of setup and replacement. First of all, it looks exactly like the brand name garage door opener we were replacing, but at a third of the cost. This product feels solid and the movable parts feel durable enough to last a long time if used properly. The setup was as easy as 1, 2, 3 thanks to the learning technology that is built into the device. Simply follow the directions for your garage door opener type and you'll be finished with setup in no time. It only took me about 5 minutes to read through everything carefully and then about another 5 minutes to get it functioning and mounted on the wall. There are no cons to mention. I would highly recommended this product.

I tried everything. I am an IT person with a very smart house and have hooked up all sorts of devices. This remote, the one I was shipped, simply would not pair. I tried erasing the memory of my garage door opener, erasing the memory of the remote. I even reprogrammed the opener for my car remotes with success proving I was doing it right. I also tried with all 4 colors, yellow, purple, orange and green (even though my opener is clearly yellow), all to no avail. Either the remote is broken or there is a compatibility issue between this remote and the Chamberlain B6753T (wifi with video). Otherwise I found the remove to be of good quality and reasonably priced. If it only worked...
