Does the job

It arrived in perfect condition. No damage, no scratches. There was a plastic film over the white board. It needs to be removed before use. It is a great product but can be cheaper for students. Also if you leave the writing on for a while, it is not so easy to clean. I sometimes wipe clean the whole board with a damp cloth to get rid of the stains left behind. I am happy with my purchase though. I use it every single day!

Before making any purchase on Amazon, we always review the one-star ratings. Unfortunately, the feedback for this product was concerning, with common issues including:1) Poor craftsmanship2) Inadequate packaging3) Dents4) Scratches5) Bent frames6) Ineffective erasing7) Weak magnet retentionDespite these negative reviews, there were also numerous positive ones. Consequently, we decided to purchase two 900 x 600 whiteboards.We were scheduled to receive both boards on Monday, but the Irish postal service opted to deliver one on Monday and the other 24 hours later.The first board arrived in poor packaging—a thin cardboard box with two flimsy attachments at the top and bottom, one of which was the small shelf and mounting mechanism, the other a styrofoam that was suppose to protect the board... Upon inspection, we noticed a minor issue in one corner. However, once the board was pushed against the wall (prior to mounting), the defect became less noticeable. Given the potential hassle and cost of returning it, we decided to keep the board. We could receive a board in much worse shape so...On Tuesday, the second whiteboard arrived. To our surprise, the packaging was significantly sturdier, with a thicker construction and no flimsy flaps. It maintained its shape better than the first board’s packaging.Upon opening, the second board appeared to be in good condition. We mounted it on the wall and observed the following differences:The board received on Tuesday was:- Thicker (noticeable when running fingers across it)- Sturdier- Less glossy- Noticibly different colorThese differences were acceptable to us.My spouse tested the board’s magnet retention, which was superior to our other boards.The erasing test revealed a minor issue with black pen marks in one corner, which turned out to be glue residue. This was easily removed with a fingernail and tissue.We also purchased a QConnect eraser sponge, which effectively removed markings from various dry wipe markers.In summary, our experience was as follows:1) Quality was satisfactory. It is a whiteboard, so expectations should be realistic.2) Packaging was inadequate in 50% of cases (1 out of 2).3) No dents, though one minor corner issue could be problematic for perfectionists. It was nearly invisible once mounted.4) No scratches.5) No bent frames.6) Dry wipe markers erased well.7) Strong magnet retention.The differences in build quality and packaging were surprising, suggesting we received one board from old stock and one from new. Hopefully that's the case and not the other way around. We hope that the "sturdier" board is the future.Tech tip: Ensure screws are fully screwed in before attaching plastic corner covers. If screw sticks out, the plastic covers will not stay in place.

I purchased this expecting it to be rubbish but was surprised at the quality. It’s magnetic backed and ink wipes away with no residue……definitely would recommend

I bought this white board for home use as I'm starting a new business and I needed a visual representation of my ideas.Easy to fit and clean.

Light. Cleans easily

first the good... its a really useful board that takes markers great, whites fantastic and holds magnets brilliantly.hopefully that's all you'll end up with... unfortunately i had some 'extras' included - and not included1. a dent that runs from top to middle on one side.2. multiple (3 notable) dents in the frame3. for some reason the screws don't have corner caps to cover them (just aesthetically odd) and as a 3b, it's not actually got true right angles so it looks a bit out. only a fraction but still...4. you'll notice that on an image in the original description it suggests a free whiteboard eraser... yeah, that's not includedso... each point is minus a star in my eyes (photos to give you an idea)HOWEVER... it does do what i wanted ... it's DEFINITELY NOT worth £30 in it's current state - £10 maybe... £15 at a pushWHY NOT just say, it'll be damaged - only in small areas.this is the problem though, if you want something undamaged, be cautious... if you want a 'seconds' item, look elsewhere for a better price... unfortunately i didnt get the choice to consider a buying a damaged item at a discounted price.it gives no indication that it'll be all busted so one star purely for the fact it'll cost too much up front to send back. i needed it before the christmas postage got busy and i'm not in the habit of complaining. that said, i've had a think and reckon all you guys need to know what you 'might' be getting. (or not)message to seller - i'll be more than happy to discuss a discounted amount in the guise of a refund + the promised eraser to get these stars where they should be.

The board arrived with a large bend in the middle, so I asked to return it.Customer services got in touch to ask if I wanted a refund or a replacement.I was happy with the size of the board, therefore a replacement would be ideal.The company then arranged for the damaged board to be picked up and a replacement deliver at the same time.The replacement board is perfect.Absolutely excellent customer services and if I could give ten stars, I would.

Excelente calidad

The whiteboard surface had a significant wrinkle/bump in it. The back is fine so the product was damaged during manufacturing which points to poor quality control.

De tamañano y acabados bien pero la calidad de la pizarra blanca es tan mala que cuando escribes no borra ni con el alcohol y estoy usando rotuladores homologados y de gran calidad.

repetí la compra porque la primera pizarra que compré es estupenda y de la cual no tengo queja por lo que decidí comprarla de nuevo. Lamentablemente no tiene nada que ver cuando se supone que pedí una exactamente igual. Cuando recibí la segunda nos dimos cuenta que el diseño era ligeramente diferente pero no le dimos importancia pero enseguida hemos visto que es mucho peor calidad. Es decir, no te puedes fiar porque siendo el mismo vendedor y repitiendo el mismo producto pues no es igual.
