In my gym sometimes these accessories go missing or are not always available. I am glad I made the purchase as o get the most out of my gym sessions!

Wife uses this daily since December (now end of Jan) pad works as it should and she has been able to increase weight when working-out. The grips have helped also and are great quality along with the resistance bands.

The media could not be loaded. Really good. I’d definitely say that long term wise the resistance bands will probably start to erode and the small threads of rubber grip will snap they are also hella strong / not sure if that’s a good thing. The barbell pad is very strong and I think it’ll come to good use. The ankle straps are very good, comfortable and efficient. The threads and way of making is also very good. The lifting straps are a little confusing and I wish they weren’t as stiff but I think over time it’ll get better. Im grateful for the booklet but I do wish I had more of instructions on how to prepare the stuff for work outs, some are self explanatory but when it comes to the hand straps I have no clue how to put them on and are a little confusing, however, thanks to the booklet ik how I can use them.

Considering the price, this was actually a decent set of kit.You get quite a lot and the quality is quite durable to last you for a while.The box was smaller than I thought it would be but it ended up being the perfect size for the bar at the gym.The gloves were comfortable to wear and the pain I used to feel during hip thrusts is gone now, thanks to this.
