Blade discoloration
Bought this in November, I have always washed it by hand and dried it immediately. I would leave it on the counter overnight to make sure it was completely dry and then put it in its case. I am very disappointed in the discoloration of the blade , which you can see in the photo!

Heavy Duty Blade
Bought for my husband and he said it works great. Has enough room to comfortably fit his fingers and the leather blade protector is well made. I highly recommend this ulu!

Bigger Grip than Others - which is Good
I bought several variants of these choppers as gifts. This one has a wide grip so I can fit all my fingers into it and hold it easily. The others I struggle to get fingers into. I strongly preferred this one over the smaller variants out there.
