My cat LOVES this scratcher! I have a carpeted scratching post that she pays absolutely no attention to, preferring instead to tear up my upholstered chairs. I decided to give this a try. She sat next to me and watched while I assembled it, and started using it immediately when I put it down. She even just sits or lays on it, making it clear that 'this is mine'.My only complaint is that it doesn't seem possible to buy just the replacement boards. The wooden frame is very sturdy and it would be simple to just put new scratching boards in, but I haven't been able to find that option. Seems very wasteful to have to buy a whole new unit every time.

GET IT. Lol, your cats will love this! especially since they get to do that wall stretch they really love to do. I highly recommend it, especially after you put catnip on it. It was very easy to install, and the Quality was top-notch to me. It's value for the money you pay for it. If your cat is a kitten, the ball will be playable to them, and they will love scratching this thing.

I’ve bought this cat scratcher twice now and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of getting it. The first one lasted us almost a year and our cat loved it. Super easy to put together and the little no slip stickers keep it in place really well! The only thing I wish they’d do is sell replacement boards for when they get scratched down, and the resulting cardboard that gets torn off does make a small mess, but other than that this is a great product.

My previous review is not showing so I’ll write another. This scratcher is great. My extremely picky cats took to it immediately and have stopped scratching my nearby couch. It comes with a jingle ball. Don’t bother trying to use it in assembly just give your cat the toy. The scratcher assembly is not well-enough made that everything will line up to trap the ball like it’s supposed to. The ball either gets wedged or falls out. If you do manage to seat it properly it simply distracts the cat from scratching(kinda the opposite of what we want here). One of my cats also likes lounging on the scratcher in addition to using it properly. This is the one that has worked where others have failed. Grateful. As far as refills go there nothing stopping you from using regular square-edged cardboard scratchers. The y will fit too though maybe not look as neat.

My Cat loves it! (And he hates everything I buy him) it came with a small packet of cat litter to force your cat to like it, and he’s been using it ever since. It’s tall enough and it’s sturdy enough to let my 18 pound cat move it around.Didn’t know it came with a ball, but it does, not that great but it’s still something I didn’t know it had so it doesn’t take off any points for me.It’s sleek and nice, the wood makes the whole build look nice in my room. It’s great and versatile and overall I really like it.

So far they love sitting on the scratching pad! Piper, our giant floof is rather large so you can see it is quite accommodating. Assembly was pretty straight forward and they loved watching me put it together. They loved the addition of the little catnip packet too! Meow!!!

My 2 cats destroyed this thing within a week, which I guess means they loved it! But also that it’s way overpriced for something that’s just flimsy cardboard and only lasts a week. Also… cardboard debris EVERYWHERE!

My cat is a really big boy. He's a 22lb Bengal mix. He loves this scratcher! It's tall enough for him, the toy that goes between the pieces is entertaining and the included catnip and screwdriver to put it together just make this a great deal! It was fairly easy to assemble by myself. Looks great too! Highly recommend!
