Delivered quickly. Good aftersale support to provide me with instructions for getting the back rest properly assembled so that it doesn't just slide down. Product seems sturdy and well made. It looks smart in the beige colour. Easy to adjust the seat up and down. Comfortable seat. However, I particularly wanted a saddle seat that tilts forwards. Sitting in a forward tilted position helps to maintain good posture and prevent back pain. This seat only tilts backwards, not forwards. This is not what I expected and is really disappointing. My whole reason for buying a tilting seat was to be able to sit for prolonged periods in an upright posture achieved from a forward tilted position. I can't do that with this product.

Very happy with this. Saddle stools were great for doing complementary therapies but still had a bit of strain on lower back. The chair makes all the difference and provides that extra support

Good choice

Really well-made, robust chair and good value for the price. Delivered really quickly too. But not sure it is as comfortable as I'd hoped - maybe an issue about getting used to it. I usually sit on a cushion with a cut-out to take the pressure off the base of my spine and it isn't easy to use the cushion. It has a very firm seat, slightly going up at the back, which means that I do get pressure on the base of my spine if I sit on the seat without a cushion. But I can drop my legs down either side of the seat, which is quite pleasant. Had it for a couple of weeks and working from home on it 2 days a week. Part of the issue is that working at home, I take fewer breaks than when in the office. For the time being, the jury is still out ...
