Q: Need help, trouble with frame lining up with holes on the boards? Watched video and read instruct. several times.

Make sure you are lining up the correct side. I had a bit of trouble because I was trying to use the wrong side.

Q: Instead of putting 2 monitors (27" and 32") separately on this stand, can I use freestanding monitor mount/arm on top of this stand?

The stand is pretty nice but I don't recommend you put all that weight on it. If you need to move the monitor on the mount it will surely not be stable and you could damage your pieces. The way I set it up I have the double monitor arm on the actual table and the monitors are floating over the riser. This way I have space under and over the riser and I make sure the monitor arm is sturdy in place. Hope this helps.

Q: How wide are the legs?

Hi, the wide of the legs is the same as the top board, it is 24cm,9.45inch.
