The forks were Great because they weren't sharp like so many others. They were made with care. I had no problems with gold coming off as some others posted. They are heavy. We received many compliments on the flatware. We shall ordered the steak/ butter knives and they are the same. They are sharp and cute with ease and sparkle. Hand wash and dry with mild soap and they will last year's.
