good "capsule" version for a different form of folic acid. Easy to swallow, was happy with order.
Happy with these.They are another form of "folic acid". They are the type of supplements that are a powder inside of a capsule which I prefer over the solid ones. They don't have any taste nor aftertaste, easy to swallow & a very typical size regarding supplements. The capsule makes them easy to swallow as well.
