I was kind of skeptical about an amazon couch, I’ve never heard of it or even thought they sold furniture. However, the packaging was absolutely amazing, very very easy to put together. It is super comfy, soft, and very sturdy. Yes the ottomans technically lock in place but I chose not to so my significant other can sit next to each other. You can actually move them wherever. Great value for the size, Absolute great purchase and definitely recommend.

I gave this 3 stars because we ordered "suede green" and it is definitely grey, not green. I had my heart set on that dark green color that is shown in the picture. So that was disappointing.Appearance- it's cute, it's lower than I'm used to. The arms are shorter than I'd prefer.It was easy to put together, to about 30 minutes. The instructions were simply to follow.It's firm, but comfortable. Again, it would be more comfortable to me if the arms were a bit higher and wider. But it is sturdy and comfy enough.Overall it is a decent couch for a small space for the price you pay. The only downfall to me was receiving grey instead of green.

Super easy to assemble. LOTS of storage! Not like you could fit a body in the storage though, maybe a small child. My dogs hair does, as expected, stick to this couch, BUT it's a lot easier to remove than my last couch. I've had this couch for less than a week and the cushions are still firm, but so far it seems like they'll soften with time. I live with two tall people (6ft+) and they mentioned the seats not being deep enough for them, but the ottomans fix that pretty quick imo, and they can lock into place!Overall, 4 outta 5 stars

Beautiful and comfy! Easy to put together And bigger than I expected. Color is on point as well! Absolutely worth the money! Packages come in 3 boxes and mines did come different days but worth the wait! 10/10 !

The media could not be loaded. When I saw this couch online it looked like it would be great for our new home. We have waited 5 months looking for the right couch; I saw this couch with the storage space and mulled over it for a few days before making the purchase. It was delivered with ease and so was the set up. However, it snags easy on ANYTHING, ANYTHING! The back leans too far back so I have it shoved against the wall plus the back is too short and I am 5’ 3”. Zero support for the back. The seat cushions are too firm in contrast with the low leaning, zero support back make this UNCOMFORTABLE. I am unhappy with the purchase. It looks terrible with all the runs and it’s uncomfortable to sit or lay on. :(

I really like this sofa, it's big enough to fill a living room and big enough. It is also versatile you can move different parts to make what you want your living space to look like. It is comfortable nice soft pillows nice back pillows you can take a comfortable nap and I'm a man who is 5'10 290 you can do so much with this sofa. Movie nights with the children and is great and everything is spacious.

Very please with the quality of the couch. The customer service was above and beyond, sent me a text letting me know the tracking number to all 3 packages. Easy to put together.
