Meat Church Bird Baptism Poultry Brine

I love the Meat Church products. I have a lot of their spices, brines and sauces. I also enjoy the video's on the web site with tips for their recipes. Enjoyed many great smoked or grilled meals using their recommendations and recipes with their products. Last used on some split bone in breasts cooked at a high temperature (450 degrees on a Traeger smoker). I was apprehensive when I saw the instructions but the brine did its job and they came out so delicious I have smoked for at least 3 different occasions. Recipe on the Meat Church website. They also have instructional videos on the web site for many of the recipes.

Using it for a couple years now. Just watch his videos on YT. Results are awesome. 5 gal bucket and a liner for same is all you need. Once you smoke a Turkey you probably will never do it another way again.

This was my first time hosting Thanksgiving, and smoking a turkey, as well as brining anything at all in my life. I was very impressed with the quality of this brine mix, I will forever purchase this. I’ve already purchased another for a Christmas smoked turkey. Everything came out fantastic. Super happy!

Mad about 15 people at the house this year for Thanksgiving and I've never gotten so many people tell me. Thanks for the best turkey they've had. This is my third smoked turkey. First time with this meat Church brine absolutely great. Also seasoning with honey hog also amazing.

Liked the product but disappointed that I found it $5 cheaper at ACE hardware after it arrived

We used this for our Thanksgiving turkey. It had a good taste and the turkey was great.

I smoked the turkey and everyone loved it. Easy to follow instructions.
