The media could not be loaded.  I only received this yesterday. Read instructions, connected battery, plugged in to fully charge. It has been charging for 24 hours with power button turned to off. Red light still on. Pressed power on button nothing happened. Turned power off, took battery out and disconnected. Then connected battery and the motors tarted with it being turned off. Sounds like it is going ro blow up. See for yourself on video attached. I am most definitely returning this

After an hour or 2 my dog did work out that he could launch the ball himself, but he still brings the ball back to us because for years that's what he was trained to do. He plays with it now and then. Good concept, daft dog.

A well-constructed piece and pushes the balls out over 3 different distances (which you can choose). We were hoping this would minimise us having to throw the ball every 2 minutes for our ball-obsessed pup but unfortunately she just doesn't have the brain for it and drops the ball next to it every time. We have watched videos of (cleverer) dogs who can entertain themselves for hours with it. Hey ho.. its still a good purchase and she might get the hang of it one day! Do note.. you need the balls that come with it as any other size (if a fraction smaller) don't shoot out as far.

Excellent value product. Works well with small round balls suitable for a dachshund. I had high hopes. Sadly, my dog turned out to be profoundly disinterested in it so I had to return it. Doesn't detract from the excellent product however. Perhaps if I'd got one when he was still a puppy he'd have been more interested. I was able to use it in the house at the lowest setting. Recommended.

I wanted to love this. Heck, I paid nearly £80 (2023) so it needed to earn its keep. Alas, I'm not a fan and I kind of wish I hadn't bothered.It works and does exactly what its supposed to but my dogs aren't really that interested. They just cannot be coaxed into dropping the ball into the thing - despite being shown how.It's an ugly looking bulky thing too so if you're worried about your aesthetics - don't get this. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

Bought this for my dog for Christmas saw one on pets at home for £143 but didn't want to pay that as I wasn't sure if my dog would play with it.My dog loves it and plays with it everyday. He's slowly getting used to putting the balls in himself.Comes with 3 mini balls. Makes a whirring sound before launching the ball.Just make sure your dog or child or anyone isn't standing in front of it.My dog is a Jacktzu and I bought the mini which is perfect for his size.

Our dog loves this. We are working on training her to drop the ball in herself. She is getting a little better as we work with her. Whether she masters it or not it is still a lot of fun.
