To begin, i have had issues with my stomach for years, severe bloating, stomach pains. I have tried avoiding certain foods but have not been disciplined enough to avoid all sugars, fats, dairy. etc. Yes, i agree with the experts that by going gluten-free, sugar free and pretty much a diet of mostly vegatables would considerably help, but why live your life without enjoying some of your favorite foods or have soda here and there. I have taken every imaginable prescription proton pump inhibitor (prevacid, etc) and have had multiple endoscopes. I felt helpless and started doing research on what i can do to help with this problem, which it was because i felt uncomfortable eating my favorite foods and when i did, my stomach blew up and i had hard time breathing and even bending over to tie my shoes. I am in decent shape and I work out. and by no means is obese or have a history of bad health. I feel i am like any other 30+ year old working and living my life with my family. What changed was I was looking up what new drugs are out there to help with my stomach and I came across a advertisement on bad and good bacteria in your stomach or like the advertisement said your good and bad gut bacteria. The article talked about probiotics and how it helps balance out all the "bad" bacteria in your stomach. I started doing some additional research and although i tried a probiotic before (although i admit half-hearted and didnt look at what type i was taking) i read that there are different types of probiotics but the most powerful ones are the ones with the most live capsule (in billions) and different bacteria strains. When i googled top rated probiotics i came across Ultimate Flora. Based on the majority of positive reviews i read, i was still skeptical. The price was high although it was still cheaper then GNC with a membership card. I started taking the probiotics once a day and have tried to somewhat cut down on sugars, and tried i guess to watch what i eat. My results were pros and cons.Con: It cost about $46 and not covered by insurance. Thats it from i've experienced so far.Pros: My stomach has never felt better. Drastic change and it feels great. I am not burping all the time, i am not bloated after every meal, I am not scared to eat. I feel more energetic and now feel if I really work hard to watch what i eat I can feel 100% again and really get back to being in top shape. I absolutely recommend this probiotic and tell anyone considering it, what do you have to lose by trying one bottle. If i forgot to mention, i am still on my first bottle, the results were immediate for me and will be buying another, perhaps look online to see if i can get a better discount but the brand will stay the same. If your like me and are tired of feeling like crap after eating, or bloated and burping all day after a simple meal then try this out.

I love these for gut health. I’ve been taking probiotics for at least 6 years and my body can handle this strength. I usually rotate between 50, 80 and 100 billion, but saw these at wholefoods on sale and got them. I love them. They help with bloating and keeping me regular. I usually take them in the am with a super light breakfast. My doc says everyone should be taking a probiotic at least 50 billion or higher and with at least 10 different strains. Ask your doc first. Probiotics are good bacteria that help keep a balance in your gut from the bad bacteria depending on what you need it might be beneficial for you to look up different strains to make sure you’re getting what you need for from the probiotic. For example; L. Gasseri is good for vaginal and bowel health so if you want vaginal and bowl health, you’d make sure your probiotic has this strain in it. I hope this helps. :-)I give them 4 stars because they’re pretty pricey for only a 30 day supply.

This along with Revidox supplement has nearly cured my eczema. I had horrible eye eczem on my eyes. So terrible at times my eyes were so swollen, itchy, red, rash’s and painful I didn’t even want to open them. The rash was on my face in patches that would flare and then settle leaving my skin aged especially around my eyes. It grew and continued from my eyes, down my cheeks, ears, neck, shoulders and inside of my forearms opposite my elbows. I prayed for a cure, went to doctors who could only help by prescribing cortisone creams. They really do not know the true cause. Being an RN I’m certain of this! My opinion is that, it’s bactetial likely staph. In combination with deficiencies in our food and lacking good bacteria in the gut, I believe the immune system is struggling. I have spent a couple thousand dollars trying different things to help with only a little relief. I observed it growing from a small patch on my upper eyelid and crawling to cover several areas of my body just st like an infection.I’m unsure which actually cured me but will continue both reducing the supplements by about 10% weekly. After 8 weeks I had a huge improvement and with a cream I’m making based from Dr Aaron from South Africa (I believe), I am completely eczema free. I’ve suffered from this for 7 years. It has progressively gotten worse slightly improving from near fasting when ill. The cream I’m making is from a Chinese cream “yiganerjing” (also on Amazon) likely with some hidden cortisone about 30%of this , mixed with mupirocin ointment($4 prescription) about 20% of that, then all mixed with Yube (also sold on Amazon). Yube is about 50% of the mixture. Some people use a higher percent of Mupirocin antibiotic in their mixture. I just mix this with a popsicle stick. The first week I applied 4-6 times a day and reduced one application per week. Now I am totally clear and apply once or twice a day to a couple of areas that I am concerned may return. I pray this advice helps the many people who are suffering. I’m so thankful to God for all the posts sweet people have shared that has lead me to this cure.
