HIT ME HARD AND SOFT (Amazon Exclusive Red Vinyl)

literally busted down i love this so much billie is amazing the vinyl is beautiful!!

Love the album, some of her best work. I ordered the Amazon exclusive vinyl pressing because Of how good it looked. You can imagine my disappointment when receiving it and opening that it’s plain red and not translucent with black marbling like the mock up. It is recycled material to be eco-friendly but it looks Nowhere near the mock up and Many people are experiencing the same thing. My pressing even had an object that looks like wood pressed into the vinyl I didn’t even bother putting it on my record player in case it would mess up my needle. Horrible quality controller btw. I ordered a replacement and it looked the exact same But I am returning it for it being misleading. Save yourself some time and don’t order the Amazon variant.

It came warped and scratched, can’t use it and couldn’t return it but makes a nice wall decor.

Everyone complaining theirs isn’t the same red as the photo, meanwhile I got an ELECTRIC BLUE copy?!?! Came with the red eco-mix vinyl Amazon exclusive hype sticker, but the record looks closer to the signature copy, maybe even lighter and more electric blue. *After a thorough cleaning* it sounds great! Yes, the master is quiet, but through my system (X8, Starling, TubeBox DS3, SF Line1, 2x Aegir, DWX Supreme, Micro3000), it is plenty dynamic, detailed and defined. No, it’s not as bassy as When We All Fall Asleep, but it’s a very different musical style. Side A at least, Side B bumps like you’re looking for. Don’t forget to clean and listen all the way through before reviewing fam… ;)

Wow! Exactly what I’ve been waiting for. Made a custom black and red shelf for it and it fits perfectly. Only thing is the third song summoned a demon in the middle of my room .. but i mainly put that on myself cause the pitch was slightly off. Other than that, perfect marbling.Jk. No marbling.. album sounds great. If you like her music and want a red vinyl, this is for you. These are not unique as advertised. It’s a red run. Someone got lied too, I’m gonna keep it though. Maybe figure out who did the print and send them full black faxes as a protest.

I don't care about the color of the freaking vinyl.....I forgot this was releasing this week, and it showed up as a surprise. I've been so busy it slipped my mind. The color (or misleading photo of the color) is secondary and irrelevant. I have PTSD from med trauma, and Billie Eilish jams soothe my anxiety.I'm a diehard metal head by nature, but also a fan of this album, and anything Billie does, my collection is growing!

I didn't write an opinion when I first got it because I was so disappointed that I received a plain red almost orange vinyl. I didn't have a record player at the time, so it went on my shelf for months. Now that I got one and wanted to test it out, I said... well, if it doesn’t work great, I better use a vinyl I don’t love so much. So I pulled out this one, and to my surprise, I noticed it was different somehow. The red is less saturated, and omg I see some marbled finish now? I don't quite understand how it happened or why it would take this long to settle to the right color. Just weird. But hey, maybe it's time to check yours!

I don’t know if anyone else has come across this on their pressing. Obviously we are all a little bummed it doesn’t look as promised. And yes I’m getting a bit of odd pops that shouldn’t be there. But my side A starts at track 7. I was genuinely so confused as I had listened to the album on Spotify already and knew the order. Obviously this is just an error with the Side A and B labels. But man. It just seems like this edition did not get a good QA test. Love Billie though and the album is fantastic. 5 stars for Billie but 3 for the actual vinyl due to the issues.
