The material was good, not as sheer as the other ones I tried on. There's zero stretch. I ended up altering it to make it work for me, made it shorter by about five inches. I'm 5'4" and it came to mid shin. I also altered the side tabs to make it tighter on me.The thigh highs rolled down as soon as I put them on, so I used white tights from somewhere else.Used a clip in the back to keep the hat in place, and it stayed fine.

Overall it's not a terrible costume, but it runs extremely small. I should have had several inches with the xl, and I could barely button it
