Designs for Health is a trustworthy brand for high quality supplements. When taking this supplement my sebaceous glands work a bit more which means it is working! I purchased this because of a book I'm reading for managing the menopausal transition. The recommendation was to support adrenal fatigue by taking this supplement. This does help, however I have transitioned to an herbal supplement to support the workings of the adrenals instead of just replacing the DHEA. Replacement is good for short term and intermittent needs but not a long term solution. I want my adrenals to heal and eventually function strongly on their own and simply replacing DHEA will not support that. Just know why you are taking this and it's all good because this product provides quality DHEA for my body to use.

Another great product from a great company. I buy many different types of supplements from this manufacturer. The 25 mg is more for men so I get this from my husband. The 10 mg is more what women should take.. People use DHEA as an anti-aging therapy and to improve physical performance. DHEA is also used to treat depression and symptoms of menopause. DHEA supplements are used by some people who believe they can improve sex drive, build muscle, fight the effects of aging, and improve some health conditions.
