Is this the best available? Not by any means. The Fortissimo is (was?) the strongest offering at this time and IMHO it's maybe more like a 7 instead of a 9 with a bit of dark roast aftertaste. The resulting crema is reasonable; not as good as any of the original ones, but nowhere near as low as some of the compatible ones I've seen. Overall I consider these good, but not great.This is offset by its value. Compared to any of the original Nespresso offerings at this time of this review, these Legato capsules are 30% of the price for what I feel is 80% of the quality. That bumps this 4 star product to a 5 star overall rating and worthy of my repeat business.September edit: I've since purchased the French Roast too, which is a coffee, not an espresso. In terms of strength, I feel it's a little less than the Fortissimo; understandable because it's a different grind. The same value aspect remains, so no change to my five stars.

I tried these capsules in 3 different nespresso machines. Kitchen Aid, Latissima and the Basic Nespresso machine. The problem is the FLOW of coffee. The Red Intenso barely flows out. The Blue French Vanilla simply drips out. While this is happening, the machines make a horrible noise, like the pump is about to explode. And it takes a long time to get a shot of espresso, while watching it drip out of a machine, that sounds like it really hates you, for making it pump water through these capsules. Finally, when i tried to return the capsules, Amazon said that they are INELIGIBLE for a return. So I will just throw them in the trash. Becaue I am not about to ruin my expensive machines, over $60 of bad capsules. So the cheap price, does not make it a good value. Because its going into the trash. As for the flavor, its hard to tell. By the time that it takes a shot of espresso to DRIP out, its not hot anymore and does not taste good. Sorry. I really tried. Again and again. But the results were the same. Fail !!!!

*ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA* I went into this with healthy skepticism. I drink loads of tea, and recently started drinking espresso at home. So, my lazy butt decided that tea in my Nespresso would be uh-maz-ing. I read reviews, and thought oh well, I'll either love it or hate it. I kinda love it. It takes ¼ of the time that it takes to heat water in the kettle. Fabulous! The tea is strong, so you can run the Nespresso 3-4 times if you like a giant cup of tea like I do. I mean, I literally drink a 20 oz. Cup of tea... Sugar and cream, and you are good to go!

Great value, the flavor is slightly too acidic or bitter, I like the pods designed with foil on both ends- they work better with the smaller machines! For how many I go through they are good, maybe just not the right flavor for me, but there are rarely coffees I really dislike.

This brand has one of the best coffee I’ve had. It was evident that the beans used were of high quality, resulting in a coffee that was truly exceptional. I look forward to buying again. Would definitely recommend.

I usually order Legato in the pass and this is the first time I am having problem with the capsules how it pours in my Nespresso. In the pass the capsules fitted perfectly and the machine never had problem with the product.This particular flavor; it is smaller than usual and when it pours in my cup, the drip is slow and sometimes hardly and I waste a capsule. The flavor is good, it is just a shame that I bought 100 capsules and wasting half of it.

Lamentablemente no tengo nada bueno que decir, lo que pienso del producto no puede ser publicado por esta vía, una simple recomendación... No malgaste su dinero, las capsulas no sirven para las maquinas Nespresso, no tienen devolución! Mi maquina solo tiene 5 meses de comprada y me dicen que las capsulas no funcionan con cafeteras viejas! Es decir, imagino debo adquirir una nueva semanalmente para poder tomar el cafe Legato.Posiblemente su maquina se dañe al intentar colar esas capsulasLe tengo que hacer unos orificios con un palillo en la parte superior para medio tener resultados y poder tomar un el cafeTardan muuucho tiempo en colarse, la maquina se ve forzadaEl sabor es lo que menos importancia tiene luego del proceso complicado de colar una capsulaNO RECOMENDABLENo funcionan con Nespresso y dudo que lo hagan con cualquier maquina
