I’ve had mine for just over a week and am OBSESSED. I really love all the insight and details included regarding heart health, sleep cycles, and exercise. I appreciate the reminders to move, stretch, and get outside. It’s very easy to set up and navigate the app; it also has a very fast charging speed. I had mine charge for less than an hour and it lasted for nearly a week. I purchased the silver one after trying the ring sized and it fits perfectly. It’s also incredibly lightweight, comfortable, sleek, and doesn’t get in the way while lifting. I’m so excited to keep learning about and improving my overall health. All the stats and reminders will hold me accountable and inspire me to continue to do better.

Love my ring!- it matches the same gold tone as other rings, does not scratch easily- I charge my ring every other time I shower, so for a half hour every other day, and with this the battery lasts forever! They must have fixed this bug.- accurate health descriptions. I love how it gives me ‘rings’ like an Apple Watch to track my movement, heart rate, temperature, sleep quality, and makes it easy to understand my numbers and now I can improve them.- fun to see the social get lag, caffeine measurements, and other things I wouldn’t normally track.- no monthly fees!-con: on the app interface only 1 tab is for the ring itself, the other two tabs besides your profile are promoting their metabolic tracker and home purifier. I really wished that the entire app was just for the ring, now a huge advertisement for other products.

I've had the ring for a bit and I have some thoughts!POSITIVES- lightweight, you barely feel it- great stats -- sleep stats + workout mode + period tracking are really really accurate! also the stress monitor + HR- an incredible amount of workouts that help you pick the best or most accurate choice for the one you will be doing- stunning finish and color- waterproof is great- actual ring size is super accurate to the sizing kit!NEGATIVES- scratches fairly easily- battery life needs a lot of improvements. I alternate between turbo + chill and battery lasts around two and a half -- three days- sometimes the app syncing takes a bit.- does not have a "you might be getting sick" warning like other products do- you can't be too far from your phone when working out because then the ring won't track the workout properly. I find this to be very annoying.My ring also randomly died after two and a half months it literally would not connect to the app and I could not troubleshoot it. UH customer service was great with replacing, but it does make me hesitant to continue recommending this. Do your research before buying! My experience has been pleasant, but proceed with caution.

I’ve had this ring for 4 months now. I bought it to replace my apple watch. I would charge my apple watch every night and not get any of the sleep insights, so I thought this would be nice for that.Battery: if you workout regularly you’ll need to charge this almost daily. I charge it anytime I take a shower, and if I’m going to be sitting down for an extended period of time. It recommends to charge in short spurts instead of leaving it on the charger for hours. It charges relatively fast in my opinion.Workouts: the app has so many workout options, much more than apple’s fitness app. i wish i could love the workout mode BUT my heart rate is almost always wrong. The app will read 100-110 while my machine is estimating 160-170. I know my body and know that my heart rate on the stairclimber is much higher than 105. Also my workouts will randomly stop recording with no record of it running to begin with and I lose all that data. Yesterday 2/4 of my workouts didn’t record when I could see it recording the time at the top of my screen. I would open the app to end the workout and the app would be out of the workout mode and display my home screen. My workouts were roughly 30-40 minutes each. Much less than their 2 hour cut off that the support mentioned. My ring also is disconnected from the app almost every time I pull up the app during a workout, which means it’s not registering anything. I reached out to support on the app but they were unhelpful. They only said “the ring is connected now” (which I knew at the time. I was trying to raise concern during workouts). And then dismissed all my other grievances without any help.Sleep/Recovery: This ring tracks sleep really well from what I can tell. Sometimes I have to alter the start of my sleep because I’ll be on my phone and it thinks I already fell asleep. There will be times I’m sick and have a fever through the night and the app detects my body temperature change and tells me to take it easy the next day.Cycle Tracking: I do not have a regular cycle to track. I believe it needs 15 days to be able to accurately detect a cycle. My birth control makes my cycle nonexistent or sporadic.I WOULD NOT recommend this ring for any type of workout logging. I am switching back to my apple watch for workouts.I WOULD recommend this ring for sleep track, recovery tracking, etc.I recommend using the ring sizer to get an accurate fit before purchasing. I purchased the gold color and would advising not wearing it for any activity using your hands. The gold scratches very easily and will start to rub off the ring.

I’m in love with my Ultrahuman ring The app gives insight on my sleep pattern. It tracks my temperature while I sleep and how this disrupts my sleep. The app was easy to setup. The color is nice. The material is well made. I ordered ring covers to protect it from scratches or wear and tear due to my busy life. I ordered the sizing kit and it was very helpful. I can wear it on my index or middle finger. My fingers do swell at night, so I can wear it on either finger. All in all, great ring, app has a lot of informative information about your health. And you can purchase helpful add ons for a low cost. There’s free add ons too.
