I am a sound geek, quite fussy about sound quality.After looking at all the offerings for this type of DAB portable radio I settled on this & I am really pleased.The inclusion of an EQ facility was a big influence as was the large LCD displaythis all within a fair price.The sound is really excellent within its class, not on par with my 5.1 AVR system but its a small portable DAB/FM radio & perfect for that. Simple to set up & use.Highly recommended & I would buy again.

Smaller than expected 9x4 inches, but that does make it a true portable radio. Very intuitive to use. Press the large dial to turn on and it auto searches and stores all stations. It only has 3 preset station buttons, more would have been nice, but it doesn’t take much to bring up the menu to dial through to the station you want. Sound quality is OK and surprisingly it does have a graphic equaliser, so you can turn up the bass & treble for a richer sound. The radio in my garage had given up the will to live, so got this as a replacement. Had I viewed and listened to this radio in a shop, I would have bypassed and gone for a larger unit, but overall it’s a nice little unit that does the job well.

Great little radio with surprisingly good sound

Wow for the money what an excellent little radio, sound quality is amazing for something so small. Very impressed.

Great value, easy to use, nice colour screen, decent sound, just the right size for a kitchen window sill.

This was the second radio purchased via Amazon I’ve had to return. Seems there is no production quality left in this modern throw away world.On arrival, I thought nice little radio, looks good, compact and seemed to function well despite initially dipping in and out of the Dab plus signal for Classic FM.28 days after use the LCD screen displayed nothing, function buttons did not operate and no radio sound at all. This seems to be a general problem with this and many other radios of this type judging by reviews.Oh for my little transistor radio from the 70’s that function perfectly .Had to return to Amazon, for refund, again!

Nice little radio good sound and picks up lots of stations the electric port is not the best can be easily knocked and bent, if your going to use battery’s will only last for a couple of hours before dies

Nice solid unit, easy set up but I found the DAB signal to be lacking where it needed to be in my bedroom.Probably fine if it was place somewhere else, but not were I needed it to be.Nice sound for a bedroom alarm for the size of the speakers and the functions are great.
