Plastic tops do not fit on bottom trays!
Would not recommend purchasing! Plastic tops broke the first time I put them on the basic. They were not made properly. Had to discard. Kept bottoms...

Cheap
Excited to be new to Mahjong. After purchasing an expensive tile set a friend recommended these boxes for ease of storage and set up. The box itself feels like heavy cardboard. The lids are garbage. Thin plastic that will easily crack. I should return them but Amazon has made returns more difficult so I’ll begrudgingly keep them.

Lids fit unevenly and one cracked at the corner as I was trying to seat it.
Considering the cost ($20) disappointed in the quality of the lids. they didn't want to sit down evenly on the bottoms and one cracked at the corner as I was trying to get it on. This seems to be a typical problem with the lids of these trays. Still, a disappointment.
