I’ve had millions of these, they really work, it’s like taking a shot of rocket fuel. They do leave a lingering taste tho. Although I imagine if you’re buying these you’ll probably like the taste of coffee so that wouldn’t bother you.

Work great, as with most gels the only problem is the taste.Not great but palatable

After reading the reviews was sceptical about the taste and any positive effects. The taste was like having a cold espresso all be it in jelly like form. And I found them to have positive effects it gave me a boost on my long Sunday runs. The gel is easy to open on a run and easy to consume.

I noticed that the sticky label applied to each gel has incorrect information. It says do not consume more than 4 gels a day. That would be 600mg of caffeine! I think it’s meant to be no more than 2 a day as I have purchased these elsewhere before. Could be dangerous if people follow this incorrect info.

Coffee flavour

Really adds life to your run. Tend to take one half way through a long run. Noticeable that my pace increases and definitely gets me through to the end with more energy.

I have used SIS products for many years for cycling and gym work. I wanted the extra caffeine kick and love coffee. While they didn't cause stomach upsets like Hi5 gels can do, these taste absolutely terrible and for the money, I can't believe the brand couldn't produce something more tasty!! I've had coffee-flavoured gels from other brands in the past and they were much better than these.
