This thing had helped tremendously with the high humidity in my house. I live in Texas where the humidity and heat are intense. It came with a hose to connect for constant drainage or you can dump the cannister when it gets full. Set up was a breeze and I also can control it from my phone. It beeps when full, easy dump and set up. Also the filter works great

Amazed at how quickly our basement felt immediately drier. This unit works very well and the wifi/Bluetooth interface is a plus. It has an automatic shutoff and notification on the app when the tank is full and needs to be emptied. Covers our entire basement with the 2 rooms. We might could have gotten a larger square footage unit but this one does the job very well. Our basement registered at 81% humidity when we first plugged it in, and now it is down to 67% in only a couple days.

Small but mighty? I replaced one that was 10 years old and was alot larger. I was surprised by how compact this thing is. It seems to be doing the job, I have it draining directly into the sink. It’s quiet, will see how long it lasts since it runs 24/7. So far, so good

Having a hard time getting power on initial setup. Heard beep. No lights. I expect it to be very helpful when I get it working. I was planning on using an adapter because my family room has 2 prong outlets so I had to change my plan. Glad that was on the details and that I read them all. I like the app! It’s nice to see when the canister is full of water. Wish it had an alert to my iPhone for that. Glad it stopped the water using the automatic setting until I got it dumped. After a few days the power light goes on when I touch the button as it should and I was able to control that on the app as well.

Great product! So far so good- I’ve been using now for close to 1 month & have placed into my closet where there’s a lot of humidity (reside in Florida)!! I know it’s working well because basin is almost full everyday by end of day.Easy to operate and VERY QUIET!!

Perfect size, easy to carry downstairs. Very easy to set up and connect to the app. Was up and running in just a few minutes!
