Why I like this product versus other MCT oils? Because it doesn't supply long chain ie above 10 carbon chain in the mix like other brands. I take it because on keto diets it's advantageous to bypass the liver (that's right 'MCT' oil gets absorbed and utilized without impacting the liver) yet stay in ketosis using krtones instead of carbs for fuel.Love that they take the extra care to to ensure this bottle has the lid taped as well as in a zip lock bag. Lord knows I've had many food based items damaged in shipping.

Tasty, Easy, but Start Slow!
Great product! Just a heads-up if you’re new to it—start with small amounts. I take about a teaspoon daily, and it blends perfectly into my coffee. Super easy to take, and a nice addition to my morning routine.

Smooth and clear MCT oil
