I have low arch and have had a heelspur and a hella time. Even a surgery was done for it. Now I wear them when I feel pain in my heels. It works every time. Wear them for a few days my feet get better.This one's quality is better than my previous ones and even cheaper!Have low arch? I strongly recommend these to prevent future injury.

I like the comfort. They with my arch support in different shoe styles which includes sandals. Washable.

My mom has problems because she has flat arches. These are perfect and fitnher feet and are high effective to relieve the pain.

I am a Physical Therapist Assistant. I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for about 3 months now. I know how we treat it in the PT world and I have done all the things recommended: stretching, rolling your foot in a small spiked ball, roll on a tennis ball, calf dips off a step, roll your foot on a frozen water bottle. I even saw my doctor and she gave me strong pain meds for 2 weeks and that only took the slight edge off the pain. I have had these for a week. I did not wear them in my shoes as I feel they put too much pressure on my arch with good shoes that already have arch support. I pretty much am wearing this when I get home from work to walk around my apartment. They only slightly relieve the pain. That is my real issue with these; they are not going to provide great pain relief or even a long term solution because your problem is still going to persist. You real problem needs to be addressed.The one thing that finally worked for significantly reducing my PF pain in less than 24 hours is the Gastron technique. Find a PT office that uses this technique if you have PF. Many PTs and probably old school PTs don’t do this even though it is an evidence based practice.

I absolutely love these arch supports. My arch was falling and I ordered these on a whelm and they actually work. They pushed my arch up and I now wear them with my slides. I also wear them with shoes that don’t have much arch support. You can wear them in your shoes comfortably. They do slip around some but as long as you place the properly they will support your arch.

I very much enjoy these. My current strutz brand arch supports are falling apart and these are a good decent quality for the price. They feel good and fit on my feet in my shoes. DEF would buy again
