Very easy to set up and simple to use. We had lost the thumb drive and contacted the company to see if they could help and they were great to work with. They were understanding and gave us all the information that we needed. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone for the easy use and the great costumer service.

Well, it looks good. Thats the one star. The clock runs fast and picks up time everyday, so we have to adjust the clock daily. Also, we subscribed to the $199.00 service so you can have access to the reports...but....using the provided USB drive, and following their instructions, it shows there is a file error, so we haven't been able to actually look at any of the time data yet...but they have "elevated" the ticket...for a week. Getting ready to purchase something else that will hopefully be of better quality, or at least work.

The manual is helpful made it simple to use. Web based reports system wizard make it fast to operate, I recommend it.

You *HAVE* to purchase the $199 software to process the info. What's the point?I'm so disappointed i purchased an 'affordable' clocking machine.. turns out not that affordable.So i've had chance to review and work with this product. I must say, the reporting is excellent. I'm still disappointed about the $199 for the software...

The manufacturer limits users to one department, unless they are willing to pony up the dough for a subscription service. It is bad enough that you have to purchase the $199 software separately from the unit. The formatting isn't correct and the time must be altered (by putting a space between the time and the am/pm so that excel can see that it is time and not text) for excel to calculate the hours. It is easy to use though, so there is that.

Using it at a job-site without any issues. One of the few Time Clocks without any extra charges.

This is the worst!! The software is basic at best--and no online support at all. I get an error message and there is no way to service the machine myself. No resources to help unless you can miraculously get into their phone customer service. I've got an admin lockout that I didn't set the password for, and now can't even download the data in time to process payroll. Wish I hadn't been patient and just returned it when I had the chance.
