I have to say how impressive senokot is. I ordered it last night and this morning everything shifted and some level of comfort restored. The delivery of last night's order arrived three hours later. So just the threat of senokot was sufficient in my situation. Unfortunately, I am therefore unable to comment on the outcome if you actually take the medication.
