Wear those cute vacation shoes
This blister tape is genius. I used to mess around with sheets of similar material and scissors, but these come perfectly pre-shaped and ready to go — no cutting necessary (though you still can if you need to wrap around toes or tricky spots).I’ll admit it: I’m a grown adult who still insists on breaking in new shoes on vacation. So I’ve learned to come prepared. If I feel even the slightest rub, I slap one of these on preemptively — and it works like a charm. They’re thin, flexible, and seriously help prevent blisters before they start. Total game changer for anyone packing cute but questionable footwear on their next trip.

they work!!!! especially for doc martens
so i bought some new doc martens and stupidly decided to wear them without even thinking about the fact that i would get blisters. i got the absolute most painful blisters on my heels. this was a little over a week ago. i let the blisters heel for a week and this tape came in. i put a bandaid on my almost heels blisters for extra protection and then i put this tape on the part where the docs rub the most. they work so well. there is no pain. mind you these aren’t even close to being broken in yet. i wore them all day yesterday and today and my heels are just fine. if you are breaking in new doc martens (and prob any other shoes) GET THIS STUFF!! only part i didn’t like was removing it bc it really sticks to you so be careful when pealing off.

Highly Recommend!
I absolutely love these KT blister tapes. My husband and I used them on our Camino and we were so glad we had them. They adhere very well and hold lambswool in place if you need it. I also put them on any hot spots I had on my feet to avoid getting blisters. Wouldn't go on another hike without them!

Not Quite as Good as the Black KT Tape
The black KT tape is stickier & lasts several days longer (4 days) than thus one (2 days). Still serviceable, though, & useful for when wearing sandals or backless shoes.

It works.
These KT TAPE works. I always have blisters on my feet. While training for the Camino Portuguese, I bought a few different products to try. I cut these to the size I needed and put them on spots that I feel might be an issue. I just came back from the Camino after walking 260km and I have no blister. You need to put them on dry skin, and they stay on the whole day (even after walking for an hour in flood water). They are expensive but it’s worth not getting blister.

Finally a way to prevent my friction blisters!
Love these, they're precut, and just the right size to cover the friction blister problem area. Also wide enough (tend to be quarter-sized). However, it does NOT STICK well to skin and easily comes off with sweat. To help that, I use Leukotape wrapped around my foot partially overlapping the KT Tape. Leukotape stays in place regardless of sweat or shuffling, but doesn't prevent blisters. So a combination of both has been amazingly effective for me for months doing running and tennis.

Lasts less than 5 minutes
I normally use leukotape for blister prevention (which has worked great for me for years and lasts days), but was recommended to try KT as it has some stretch and flexibility. This product was very disappointing - it lasted mere minutes before either rolling up or falling off. I tried using it on my heals and instep while wearing flats. I went through the entire roll in the span of 2 days as I needed to constantly replace the strips. Poor value for cost and durability. Basic bandaids would have worked better. I’ll stick with leukotape from now on.

Good product
I have a pair of Birkenstocks that cut me on the top of my foot that I am unable to return after wearing them a couple of times. I thought they breaking them in would resolve the problem, but it didn’t. I bought these blister prevention strips, and they work very well, but they stay affixed to certain parts of my feet and not others. You may need additional bandage tape if it becomes loose. I suggest making sure your feet are very dry and free of any moisturizer before using them.
