USE COMMON SENSE FIRST BEFORE COMPLAINING OR RETURNING THE PRODUCT!!This is a very simple dispenser with a very simple installation process. However, when I tried to push the squeeze button...nothing is coming out after counting 8x as instructed. I just keep pushing and pushing but still... nothing. I started to feel disappointed and thinking of returning an item again. However, I hate returning stuff because it’s very inconvenient. So I started to investigate and learn how the vacuum process works from the dispenser. When I covered the hole with my finger and pushed the pressure rod, I didn’t feel any suction from the port. If you look at picture # 2- the rubber suction looks like it doesn’t have any opening where air can get in and out to create a vacuum that will eventually suck the toothpaste out. But when I pushed the floor of the rubber suction with a scissor as shown on picture # 3, I was able to see a small cut open up in the middle. So what might have happened is that... there was actually an opening inside the suction hole that was set up by the manufacturer but it didn’t totally open. Thus, it just need a little help in prying it open. So... after putting back the toothpaste and pushed the squeeze button 5x... whalla!!!...the toothpaste finally came out!! —-So to all buyers—-this is just a hint if in case you get into this kind of problem.Now my husband is loving it.

I tested the sticky backing to see if the actual holder would slide onto the grooves and it didn’t at all. Glad I didn’t stick it to the wall yet. I can’t use it if it won’t hold it on the wall..Also, I thought the toothpaste squirter didn’t work but it does. You have to hold your toothbrush pushing the lever for about 10 seconds for one little drop to come out. I’m returning it because I can’t put it on the wall where I wanted it since the sticky backing won’t slide into the grooves like it supposed to.

I love this toothbrush caddy. The directions was very easy to read. I love the fact that I don't have anything on the counter space. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I can't get any of the toothpaste that I have to go in the dispenser.

The toothpaste get stuck and we have to clean it twice a week to remove it

Listen to the other reviews telling you this is just going to break or get clogged in a few days. Cheap product. Not worth it. Don’t buy.

No more mess of toothpaste on the countertop. Took some figuring out how to get it to work. The rubber piece was sealed together, had to poke something through it to loosen it up. Works perfectly now. A little difficult to clean out the toothpaste when they pull the toothbrush out to fast.
