Phenomenal Value!
This product (and the support) gets an enthusiastic 5 stars (6 if it were possible)! It is very sturdy and stable on the side of my workbench with the clamp assembly. The movement of the arm that holds the laptop tray is also smooth and stable. I attached a homemade mouse pad to the side of the tray, and the arm still stayed solid. I use the unit while riding my recumbent bike, and it easily adjusts to my riding positions. The arm has four connections and the 2 middle ones were impossible to adjust. Yulia in Customer Service was very helpful in advising that I could use a hex wrench with a longer handle. I had been afraid of breaking something, bur her advice was comforting and effective. Her responses to my emails were timely, which is unheard of today. Some reviewers have said it's good for the price, I'm saying it's excellent regardless of price!

tray issue easy fix
Super stand but understand the tray was really loose and I fixed it by installing a shims to the tray connection for a tight fit. No movement while using my macbook and iPads. Take note the stand is heavy duty easy to adjust with my maxbook installed up and down while using two hands. After fixing the tray issue I must say this as what the doctor order. This is the most stable stand I have purchased.

solid arm for my computer setup
Wow. At first I was a bit turned off by the price, but that thing is solid! The arms don't wiggle or bend under the weight. The rotation is smooth and intuitive. And the clamping to the table is also much better than my other holder (I have two laptops...) on the other side of the table. And the circular light is high up in the sky and also easy to move. Some made-in-China products are really well made, this is one of them. My only point of critique: packaging. Everything comes neatly organized in specifically fitted cardboard ...holders? And then every little part is in a plastic bag, seems unnecessary, since everything is held into place neatly already. Why the extra plastic? This is a missed opportunity to show we can reduce plastic-based packaging.

Ergonomic, sturdy, but setup could be smoother.
Bought this for improving workspace ergonomics in my home office. What I like • The adjustable arm allows for easy positioning of the laptop at the perfect height and angle. • Sturdy and durable, supporting larger laptops without wobbling. • The sleek design helps free up desk space, reducing clutter. What could be better • The setup instructions could be clearer, especially for first-time users. • It may not fit all desk setups, depending on the thickness of the desk. • The tray could have more padding to prevent the laptop from scratching.Bottom line: A solid choice for a more ergonomic and organized workspace, but installation may take a bit of effort. Perfect for those looking to create a more efficient and comfortable desk setup, but consider checking desk compatibility beforehand.

95% satisfied
Got one for the laptop, liked it so much, I bought another for my LED monitor. The current monitor does not have the VESA mounting holes, but 4 velcro pads took care of that. The next one will.Loved the second one, right up until I grabbed the wrong nut off my bench to put the plate on the swivel mount. discovered too late that I had threaded a fine thread onto a course thread stud. But hey, there's a handy allen slot on the end of the stud, so I can spin it out, spin a set screw with some thread lock on the nut in, and be back in business.WRONG WRONG WRONGIn their effort to stupid proof the mount, they also made it UN-REPAIRABLE. Well mostly. They squished the tail of the stud, so even if it came loose, it couldn't come out. But since it was dark behind everything, I went ahead and tried to turn the stud out, got it most of the way, and then ripped out every thread there was.Wound up drilling it out so I could put an M5 set screw and 2 nuts in, with the threadlock, and eventually getting it mounted and the monitor in place. What should have been a simple stud replacement became an hour ordeal because somebody took stupid proofing a bit too far, and yet not far enough at the same time. BTW, had to use a long set screw and two nuts, because there wasn't enough clearance to put a long bolt in place of the stud and get the hex head past the swivel base.Yes, it's my own brand of stupidity, but if you're going to make something non-removable, make it NON-REMOVABLE, not partially and then non.Once I was past that hiccup, loving it for the monitor as much as I love it for the laptop.Edit: One thing I had to do for my laptop unit. The stud that holds the plate to the arm prevents it from going completely flat when it's up. Flipping the arm over solved that, but no mention of the necessity to get it flat in the documentation. In the flat position, there is no pull on the stud, only retaining it on the flanges.2nd Edit: NOTE: This is adjustable, but the hinge bushings ARE NOT suitable for constant movement. Got it to pivot my laptop and 2nd monitor out of the way and secured while traveling. The main bushing at the mounting tube for the older laptop is starting to sag. The arm for the new LED monitor is not having a problem... yet. It's plastic and can not take the semi constant 180 degree movement between stowed and use positions with the laptop weight. I will disassemble when I have a chance and see about upgrading / replacing whatever I have to work with. This is an older laptop, so newer / thinner / lighter laptops and tablets may not have a problem.

WALI Laptop Tray Desk Mount
Easy to put together. Love the side stopper idea, but would prefer them to be hinged, they do not adjust as easy as I would like so I leave them stationary and slide the laptop in from the top...

Love it!
I ordered this to attach to table my laser is on. You do have to assemble it, but instructions were clear and it does give you an opportunity to admire the quality of the parts and the thoughtful design. It's solid. I'm really impressed!
