Battery lasts longer than I expected.
The product works as described. Bought for a Yoga 500 14ibd, the voltage is different but works just fine. I advise reading the your product's hardware manual before buying.

Poor customer service
WARNING - Despite being referenced, this battery is not necessarily compatible with the Lenovo Yoga 14-500ISK. My Yoga required a 7.4V battery, this is 11.4V. While trying to organise a return experienced some of the rudest, most awkward and unhelpful customer service I've ever had. Fair enough, I should have checked the voltage but for the uninitiated, BattDepot could have called out that the laptop model they specified was not an entirely reliable indicator that this is the correct battery. Finding a carrier that would return the battery was also a nightmare as most don't permit transportation of batteries. BattDepot were most unhelpful with this and suggested I deceive the carrier by describing the contents as 'laptop accessory'.
