Very soft feeling not sticky

I wear always use a primer with my liquid foundation. I wear make up three days a week, and my day starts at 5am and ends at 6pm. This really keeps my make-up on with out touch-up during the day!TIP: after applying primer, let it set for a few seconds, don't wash hands, apply make-up with hands for a really smooth finish.

I was somewhat disappointed because I really do have light skin in this nice pink glow would be great. And I think the product itself is. It’s not easy to use. The dropper is almost impossible. I put some on my fingers and put it on and then when I go to put the cover back on, then a bunch of the stuff comes out the top. That would be my only complaint, but I won’t buy it again because of that though because it’s really a pain.

The bottle was not full,dropper does not workOne star for prompt delivery.Would have returned but I ended up in the hospital so got home past return date.Would not buy again.I have always been happy with Revlon products before

Disappointed purchase including packaging& delivery. The bottle arrived about 1/4 empty and not sealed as past makeup products always have.The product itself works well as a Primer, but is extremely tacky. Both my hands and makeup brushes become significantly sticky after application and leave my face slightly tacky throughout the rest of the day. This is the first time using this product, and again, I'm sure what the bottle went through prior, but I am surprised as I have never had problems with Revlon products. I personally think this bottle is old or was exposed to the elements. Not sure if I will purchase again. Very disappointing.
