I was a bit nervous about purchasing the MP-MALL Screen Protector as it only comes with ONE screen. Instructions do say if needed, the screen can be gently removed and reinstalled if needed.After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. This screen protector kit comes with a plastic frame guide that fits over the phone surface to position the glass over the phone surface. I watched the online installation video a couple of times and felt ready to begin.I placed the frame guide on the phone. It fits the phone perfectly so I didn't have to use "guide sticker" adhesive tabs included in the package. First I washed my hands with soap and water and then cleaned my finger tips with an alcohol prep pad that I had for eye glasses. Then I cleaned the glass protector screen with the wet and dry pads that came with the kit I purchased. After letting the phone screen thoroughly dry, I opened the MP-MALL glass screen which was wrapped in a white foam sleeve, removed the plastic protective backing, placed the glass inside the installation guide and carefully applied it to the phone using the installation fabric by rubbing gently the entire surface of the phone screen.It was that simple.I tried to allow some time before any heavy use. I didn't want to move the protector but it seemed to set pretty quickly. Several days have passed since the installation and the touch sensitivity works great over all of the screen. The protector hasn't shifted and there were no bubbles or areas that did not adhere to the phone screen. This was my quickest screen protector install in about 10 installations over many years. I will definitely look for MP-MALL Screen Protectors when I get my next phone.

Update:I've had the new one on my phone for about a month and a half. I've dropped it twice. Both times, it's landed on a corner or the edge, not flat face down. The screen protector is starting to spiderweb across the screen. Before replacing my screen, I went for 2 and a half years with this phone and not had a screen protector. So I'm not sure if this is normal for this type of screen protector. I will be trying a different brand for my next one. Any suggestions?I initially bought this screen protector after I had already cracked my screen. It just had a small divot and 2 small cracks across the screen. I do not recommend trying to use this or ANY screen protector after you crack your screen, except as a temporary fix if you can't get the screen replaced immediately. Just do the replacement.On the cracked screen, in the area of the divot, there was lower sensitivity. But the rest of the screen had about the same sensitivity as without it. I did drop my phone again and because there wasn't good adhesion where the divot was, the screen protector shattered only in that area. I do believe this was because the original screen was already cracked, not because of the quality of this product.Once I got my screen replaced, I bought this product again. From my experience with the non-cracked portion of my screen, it seemed to have great adhesion and very good touch sensitivity.

This was a great buy! I was in desperate need of a new screen protector as the one I had on my phone was over 2 years old. It was cracked in many places, filthy and peeling up on the sides. It made my selfies look like I took them with a flip phone lol. However, I had purchased that one at Sprint when I bought the phone and wasn't willing to spend that much again. I was able to order this one at a great price and get it the next day. It comes with anything and everything you could possibly need to install it x2. The only downside was that you had to go to a website provided in the kit for a video tutorial; there were no other instructions provided. Even though I would have preferred instructions in the kit the video was great: quick and easy. My previous screen protector was very thick and you had to really adjust to the touch screen with it on but this one gave me no issues. My finger glides like butter! I wish they offered a privacy version for my phone, I would have paid more for it!

I admit it; I'm a klutz! Thanks to this great screen protector, I have been able to salvage my Galaxy phone twice with no ill effects. Most recently, we were at a cabin in West Yellowstone and I had my phone in-hand with other items and dropped it from about 5 up face-down into a bed of gravel. The phone screen looked terrible, with a strong star crack in one corner and 3 more cracks across the screen.I tried out my phone and it continued to function normally, so when I got home I ordered another phone and have the folks at the Sprint store install the new screen protector. My phone looks good as new!I'm a happy customer and would recommend this screen protector!

I watched the video on the website as suggested inside the box when I received the product. it was different from the video on Amazon. It didnt use the snap on guide, and seemed more difficult to get it on precsely. Using the snap on guide helps you to line up the screen protector properly with the camera, otherwise you might cover part of it. The video on the website was certainly more complicated. Glad I had watched the one on Amazon before I purchased the product.The touch is a little less responsive than it was at the edges, but overall its not bad. I'll put up with a bit of inconvenience if its going to save my phone. I dropped my last phone and the screen cracked so bad I couldn't turn of the phone to retrieve my information. I don't want that to happen again! I cant comment on the durability because I've just put it on.
