Z5 Z6 Z6 II Z7 Z7 II L Plate Hand Grip, Z5 Z6 Z6 II Z7 Z7 II L Bracket Holder Compatible with Z5 Z6 Z6 II Z7 Z7 II Camera

This is the second L bracket I have tried for the Z6II, the first was secured by two screws and nowhere to secure the Allen key. Consequently it was always in the extended fitting to allow cable access to the remote slot when in Portrait mode, taking up more space in the bag. This L-bracket has a magnetic compartment for the Allen Key which means that it is much less of a hassle to adjust the L-Bracket specifically for those Portrait orientation shots. Seems robust and well made, very pleased.

Fits very nicely on my Nikon Z 7ii, as it's the same body shape as the specified Z 7 and Z 6.It attaches easily and securely, and there's a secondary pin to stop any twisting. Also, unlike some, it doesn't interfere with operation of the screen.Build seems decent, but we'll see how it handles repeated use, especially in wear areas like the screw.It would be better if there was a space to stow the including allen keys.

It's perfect for the Nikon Z 5/6/7 bodies. Perfect fit and easy port and battery access for all Z 5/6/7 bodies with landscape and portrait support. Only one nit and that is that one of the two bottom mini pins used to prevent sliding out of an arca swiss mount is not in a straight line with the other (see photo). In my case that required me to remove one of the two pins. I never use or rely upon these anti-drop pins, but if you need both, make sure that your arca swiss will accept the placement of these pins on this specific L-plate.

+ Bought these for each of my Nikon Z cameras+ It doesn’t protrude in front of the camera, which means you can mount the FTZ adapter without it fouling the tripod plate.+ It’s cut away at the back so you can easily flip out the screen from the base.+ When screwed in to the camera tripod bush the plate has lugs which engage with the blind holes in the baseplate to stop it twisting.+ The upright section is adjustable or can be removed completely, all without taking the horizontal piece off the camera.

Fits my RRS Screw Clamp but not my RRS lever clamp except in portrait mode

Fits my Z7ii perfectly. I can even access all the ports on the side of the camera. Very happy....

Price was very good and when first fitting the lower section fits well and the ftz adapter can still be used ,how ever when the side grip was added it fouled the main body and pushed outward on an angle .see picture 2 when mounted if you bolted this bracket straight on I would check you dont have it held in tension and potential damage your camera in the future. The picture with the bracket removed shows why it happens it sits to high and the fix is easy file away a small amount to bring it level and you will have a solid and safe bracket ps if the bracket is extended by a hole this defect is not apparent or a issue .
