Not as shiny as others I’ve purchased. I found many without their hotfix on them or they were broken. But if your on a budget and you don’t mind looking through them before using them then your ok.

Love the Rhinestones, and while they are quite small, they were THE PERFECT size I needed for my project.

They shine but alot of them are missing the backing that adheres and are chipped very timely to sort thru to find good ones
