Q: Do you need to dilute?

You do not need to dilute if you want full strength, but it can be diluted up to a 24:1 ratio and still be quite effective.

Q: Is this sulfate free?

200% satisfied!! I would highly recommend the shampoo! It lathers up very quickly and smells wonderful, but does not leave a cherry smell, just a clean smell. It makes my two Shih-Tzu's hair so incredibly soft and silky. Make sure you buy a pump if you purchase the gallon size, makes it so much easier. I tried to upload a photo of the ingredients but does not allow me to so I will list them for you. Ingredients are deionized water, concentrated surfactant blend, which is detergent and soap free, (coconut shampoo base), almond oil, vitamin E, glycerin, EGDS, glyceryl stearate, EDTA (sequestrant), proprietary blend optical brighteners, cherry extract. Contains NO bleach, peroxide, alcohol, or animal by-products.

I have not tried this shampoo yet. Happened to have a scheduled professional grooming last week so no need for another home session.
