Al-Kafi, Volume 1 of 8: English Translation Paperback – January 18, 2015

Core to the Islamic faith is that Islam is not merely a religion but a way of life. In my humble opinion, after the Holy Quran and Nahjul Balagha, the books of Al-Kafi offer among the most obvious illustrations of the very practical applications of Islamic teachings and ideals in improving the self.I am finding the translation very accessible and easy to understand, and am extremely thankful to have obtained this. I think anyone sincerely interested in self improvement will find plenty here to nourish the mind, heart, and soul.

A beautiful translation of Hadith associated with the Shia tradition. Translation is clear and understandable and well thought out. Being a newcomer to Jafari tradition myself, this is a good fast reference to the world of Hadith compiled in relation to the ahlul bayt. A really good buy at 20 dollars a volume. Will make my studies more complete. Hope to complete the complete set before they run out! Shukran jazillian for having these available!
