Good quality tool but beware it is not as advertised
Be warned and aware that this tool is not compatible with the size range as advertised. It cannot cope with standard UK domestic 1.25ins or 1.5ins waste pipe. This is a shame as it is a good quality tool and fits nicely in the hand. I wanted this for use on Acrylic pipes for PC water cooling systems and it works fine for my needs with plastic pipe sizes in the range of 12 to 22mm OD and appears to be robust.I cannot comment on durability with metallic pipes, though it will likely be good for standard domestic 15mm and 22mm Copper pipes.I can also declare the Supplier quick and responsive in my request for a formal invoice for the tool. However, it is important to be aware that the tool is not compatible with the full pipe size range as advertised, or as marked on the packaging (up to 1.5ins OD).The design of the cutter blades limits the max practical usable capacity of the tool to pipes of no more than 30mm OD. As a result, it is not compatible with UK domestic waste pipes.A standard 1.25ins OD waste pipe will fit into the tool, but the blades do not extend to the full diameter and the pipe wall does not engage. Larger (1.5ins OD) waste pipe will not even fit into the tool.As it satisfies my particular needs I have given it the 4* rating. I would have given it 5* if not for the discrepancy with the description. However, if I wanted it for use on domestic 1.25ins or 1.5ins waste pipes, I would have been very unhappy and highly dissatisfied and would have been forced to give only 1* and go through the pain of returning the item.

Very useful
Much better than messing around with a file after cutting down alloy handlebars, copper pipes, etc.

Very useful!
I've only used this once or twice and maybe need more practice, but I found the copper pipe I deburred to be rough and even cut my finger running it around the edge. I eventually resorted to a fine emery paper to smooth the edges properly. For £5 it's not a bad price for something that removed a lot of the burrs from the pipe, but for now (until I hopefully get better with this or get a newer or different one) I'll supplement the deburring process with the emery paper. It's easy to use, but I imagine it will be hard on the wrists if you have a number of pipe ends to work on. As for quality, it's just a few blades basically stuck in some plastic, but I've used it a bit and there seems to be no issues with cracking, breaking or wobbling, so I can't complain about that. For the price, this is not a bad buy if you are going to rarely need a pipe deburring tool, but if you are going to be using one quite a lot, I'd spring for a better one.
