Got this to use to spray in greenhouse/garden.It works GREAT if you keep the nozzle lower than the tank, but I need to spray from waist height to 7 feet high.As soon as you lift the nozzle up, no more spray.I would like to hear from the manufacturer/distributor within the next 5 days, or it goes back.Also, there are NO real instructions or parts diagrams in the packaging.Nothing of any real use. not even assembly instructions.Update 8/2/2022:So, it turns out that the top most clear hose on the HVLP output nozzle is the pressure tube that goes back into the tank. I figured this out by taking it apart myself.NO MANUFACTURER/SELLER FEEDBACK.You buy this thing, you are ON YOUR OWN.My unit had 10 extra inches ( insert Beavis joke here ) of hose crammed and KINKED inside the pressure housing.The top most hose will simply pull out of the pressure housing after loosening the white compression fitting.You can cut off any excess/crimped tube, open the tank cap, and then blow in the upper tube to make sure you're getting pressure into the tank.PIECE o CAKE fix, certainly easy enough if you are buying this type of equipment.Picture attached.The tube to pull is the one in the middle of the picture.You can see the crimp in the excess tube I cut off, directly to the right. Had it a bit too close to the white compression fitting.BE CAREFUL tightening those white fittings, but check them all.as they do say, proper tank cap fit is essential!!!!!!!!!this is a PRESSURE spray unit.I'm giving a 5, even with the crappy QA, simply because it really works well now, and I can easily spray 10 foot high, with good coverage.For the other folks looking for extra batteries, search for BL481.there are 2 available as of this date.

Product is so light weight when compared to my Solo backpack sprayer powered by a small gasoline engine. Everything about the set up was easy to accomplish. The Li-ion battery provides good power to the blower motor and it is easy to charge up. The user may want to ensure that the battery is not subject to below freezing conditions over Winter. Fine misting control is excellent and comparable to the Solo in my opinion. I have used the unit three times with a tank half-filled with solution in outdoor locations. My first request would be to have a longer tube and handle so that I can hold the misting nozzle further away from my body to avoid getting mist drifting back to my face. I have fabricated an extension handle so that I can hold the misting head further out from my body. I found that I need to mist to my left as a walk, or to my right, so that I can avoid mist blow back. That means I have to walk back and forth on the trail path to get coverage on both sides. Second, I found the filling funnel a bit awkward to use. It would be better if the fill cap was on level the top of the tank and not at a 45 degree angle on the upper side. Otherwise I appreciate the overall design and function of the product.

Item arrived in box and in plastic so never thought to be a problem. When had the chance to check out the sprayer I removed from box and noticed a chemical odor coming from inside the tank. Removing the chemical inside rinsed with water and filled. Turned on machine and nozzel moves nothing came out. After looking back in tank I noticed build up and what looks as cut hose inside. Now it’s after my return date and I want the item in working condition for my business startup

Due to the sanitizing needs of opening our business we decided to purchase a fogger. After some research we settled on the SuperHandy cordless sprayer. We liked that it was a backpack model which would allow us to disinfect our club easily and the fact that it was battery operated made it even more convenient. It was also nice that the price was competitive. It arrived in just a few days and ahead of schedule. After taking it on a test run we were very pleased. However, the next day we found that the knob to adjust the flow of liquid had broken so we emailed SuperHandy’s customer support. We received a response within hours and they agreed to replace the entire unit rather than just the small part. We appreciate that level of customer service and are looking forward to using the replacement unit really soon.

The fogger works great. I purchased this last July and used 3 times. The reason i have given 3 stars instead of 5 is that I have had the battery on charge for 3 days waiting for a non-rain day. The battery is dead. I have had to order a new battery. These are expensive and if I have to do this every year the fogger isn't reasonable to buy! I will see what the company says and update

The spray nozzle leaks if you don’t shut it offAnd clamp that holds nozzle needs to be tighter it falls off and hits the floor hopefully it won’t break

I am a facility Manager and was looking for an economical way to disinfect all the areas of our church. We have a day care program, afterschool program and regular church activities along with worship. so we have all together 6 floors of classrooms, a sanctuary, a fellowship hall, and a gym. So lots of areas to cover so we needed a simple device to make it easy. All you do is all your liquid and your fogger does the rest. Its cordless which means not always looking for a plug along your way. We have used it for our entire building and it makes our congregation, our parents of children we serve and the general public feel much safer to be in our buildings because of disinfecting our buildings.You can's go wrong with the Great Circle Battery Operated BackPack Fogger!!
