Not as advertised, (Keyboard Description) Keyboard is NOT Backlit, (Biometric Security Feature) NO FingerPrint Recognition, (Automatic Backup Software Included) NO Microsoft Office NO Antivirus, No Internet Security.I was Charged for this model with these features I was sent same model with fewer specs.ie: you charged for higher spec model but sent lower spec model, resulting in me paying over the ods.Not Value for Money (rip off).That said nice little machine Exelent condition just not as advertised.

Computer looks like new.*BUT* it has a US keyboard (for example no £ sign - it should be on the 3 key, @ symbol is on the 2 key) so not usable as it is. Amazon offered only half of the return shipping cost to return it (I'm in France).A new UK keyboard from Amazon UK would cost about £50. I guess I'll make do with the wrong keyboard until I can find a used UK keyboard somewhere. I'm really fed up with this purchase.ADDED 20 January 2025I obtained a UK keyboard from Amazon seller Laptoppartsbazaar for the reasonable price of £18 plus £6.30 postage to France. Instructions for removing and replacing the keyboard can be found on the Dell website Warning: This is not a job for the ham-fisted - it involves removing and replacing 3mm long 2mm screws and disconnecting and reconnecting several very fine ribbon connectors. But with the new backlit keyboard installed and working, I am now very happy with the computer.But I'm still annoyed at the disappointment, the expense and the hassle involved in receiving and then correcting a computer with a US keyboard sold by Amazon in UK without any indication that it was not suitable for UK use.

Excellent little machine, I use it for office apps, Xbox streaming and cloud gaming, Amazon Luna gaming and it handles them well without any issues for the price it is excellent value it boots up in seconds charges quickly battery holds well.

it came with no charger,is this the same for everyone?i found the charger it was so well packed/hidden away in the box i didnt see it at first/so far it has worked perfectly,id recomend.

bought for its' low price so i was expecting low quality, however was not expecting it to arrive unable to turn on, incorrectly setup thus preventing access, and apparantly with no battery. After a few days i managed to get it somewhat working, only to discover it is only operable when plugged in (completely cannot function without) because, as mentioned, there is either no battery or it is of such poor quality that it does not register- this wouldnt be an issue if i had known beforehand, however there was no prior notice and the slip of paper it came with directly referenced the battery life. Definitely worth springing a little more money on a model that isn't total garbage 👍🏻

I bought a Dell Latitude E5470 14 inch refurbished laptop and a mouse for £179.90 on the 0 4/04/24 when the laptop arrived I was unable to use the computer at home it was saying it is a business computer and would not accept my personal email address. Was frustrated that I could not use the computer as I need to get work done. I called a computer man to check the computer and I was told it was a business computer and it needed clearing so that it could be used as a personal computer . I was if the opinion that the computer should have been cleared and ready for use when it was delivered but that was not the case. I then had to pay a computer technician to sort the computer out so that I could use it .I was very disappointed and feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience caused.Carla RigbyDisappointed customer

The laptop arrived promptly, its early days but everything seems in order. Very pleased overall.
