These dumbbells are great for the price. The quality feels solid and well-made, and the set offers a good variety of weights that are perfect for arm workouts and general strength training.One thing to note is that they are a bit larger in size compared to traditional dumbbells, which can make them slightly bulky to handle. But aside from that, they get the job done really well and are excellent value overall. Ideal for home workouts if you're not too bothered about compactness.
