These were so much better than I thought they would be. I've been suffering wjth Plantar Fasciitis for a year now and was thinking that I would have to give up playing golf because the pain was too much after a round. But I have just come back from a golf weekend and played 4 x 18 hole rounds and I had no discomfort whatsoever after wearing these insoles. I would highly recommend them

These worked wonders for me. For some reason my arches have started tk collapse in my 50s, never had an issue before.Had ankle pain from my foot twisting, which in turn caused my knee to twist and bizarrely also my shoulder.This cured all ills, or more precisely stopped my arch from collapsing.As a bonus, they come is large sizes, I'm a 13-14.

I don’t write many reviews, but I do when the product deserves one. I’ve been suffering with painful plantar fasciitis in my left foot for a while, I read about these types of insoles helping but I was sceptical. Eventually I decided to give them a try in my work shoes and in a couple of weeks noticed a significant difference in the pain I was experiencing. I bought a second pair to use in my old trainers I commute to work in, and I’d say in the month or so I’ve been using them I’m almost pain free, I’d say occasional mild discomfort rather than pain, which hopefully with continued use will also go away. If you’re suffering like I was I’d definitely give them a go.

I have problems with foot pain when running. Bought these and worried because of the odd feeling they have but it’s a world of wonder! Foot pain completely gone! I’ve just bought two more pairs for other running shoes.

These are my everything!! I have 2 pairs, one in the main shoes I wear and then some for my slippers for around the house. There's times I literally sleep in these because my feet are too painful without the support. I can't wait to buy more. The only downside is that my feet are a size 7 and now due to my insoles I have to buy a shoe that's size 9! People think my feet are massive 😂 but I will be buying more!!

Absolutely brilliant , after about a week of wearing them I really noticed the difference and has made my plantar fascia a lot more manageable, would highly recommend 👍🏼Value for money:Great value you for money !! Worth every penny!!

Great insoles, we asked for size 7 and they fit perfectly. Great arch support. If there is a criticism, it is that the heal feels a little too firm, but otherwise a good purchase.

I wear the company ( required ) basic safety steel toecap boots in a warehouse that requires standing for several hours and at times walking back and forth. I have noticed although having to get used to the feeling of wearing supported insoles they have made a difference notably your walking is more supported and at the end of the day the soles of my feet are not burning or feeling like they ache so much the relief that's felt when you take them of. So that versus buying several cheap unsupported insoles ( £1 a pair ) that last no more then 2 days this is worth the money. Happy with my purchase. They should last a fair while and longer if your not working in a humid environment.
