Smooth oil
Taking a tablespoon a day .. it’s a very nice oil , little hit to the back of the throat which tells you high polyphenol so all good. Easy one to swallow..

Plentiful polyphenols, properly pitched price point.
Fulsome taste either neat or for dressing and cooking. Polyphenol "catch" suggests high health gain. (Tins environmentally better than glass or plastic ic but need to find a use for the cylindrical cardboard outer containers.)

Pure liquud gold. Smells like cut grass, peppery taste, hits the back of ur throught. Smooth and fresh and earthy. Defo pure liquid gold!!!!

Special healthy olive oil which was easily to use when I’m cooking or sprinkle it on vegetables very nice no dodgy smell cook it With and fry it with virtually everything great stuff

It’s olive oil, decent peppery flavour. Bought it for the polyphenol element, don’t know if it’s better or worse than other items similar.
