Detox easily now
If you want to detox your body from metals, this is what you need. After doing much research I discovered a simple solution to getting out all the metals from food additives, microwaving foods, cell phone use, etc. and it is all in this one supplement...NAC. This was a good deal and so I purchased it. Most important, take this supplement alone without other supplements. I take it around 2 pm, works well. It has no taste to me, and I do not mix it with anything just follow with water. I am assuming it dissolves easily. I should be a well, mean, and clean machine soon. :)

Great Clean and Affordable Supplement
After a month of taking Nutricost’s NAC daily, I saw real improvement in my bloodwork, which confirmed it’s doing its job. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or side effects. I also really appreciate how much you get for the price—120 capsules at 600 mg is a great deal compared to other brands. It’s a simple, no-nonsense supplement that delivers exactly what it promises. I’ll definitely keep it in my stack.

Love this brand
Well firstly to my surprise. It’s been about two weeks or so. The dull ache I’ve been dealing with is slowly going away. Very impressive. I’m excited to continue taking this to see more results. It does smell funny if you smell them. Which I don’t. I simply take them. There’s no insane whiff upon opening them imo. No complaints. My research implied there’s no real difference with vitamins besides the labeling. I disagree with that. This brand feels more effective than most other brands I’ve tried. The size is reasonable to swallow. I would consider regular size. Quick results. One thing I’m interested to see if it can help with, is my husband’s smoking habits, sleep quality and energy levels. I’ll update in a few months.

Science Backed Antioxidant
Key takeaways: Limits alcohol-induced liver damage (if taken before drinking); is a powerful antioxidant; is great for acne; shown promise in reducing ADHD medication toxicity; promising in nicotine (and other stimulant based) addiction treatment. In terms of the product (not the vitamin itself), I find that this is well packaged and is great value for money. As others have said, there is a smell. However, this is not secreted when sweating so you won't smell like it. Besides, the smell is not that bad so just swallow it quickly. Now for the nerds. On the science front, I like to use this product due to its scientifically backed benefits (and promising applications). Below are some examples. For Acne. In a single-blind placebo study (human trial), NAC caused a 50% reduction in total lesion counts in acne patients after supplementing 1200 mg/day orally for 8 weeks. For alcohol consumption. Pretreatment (30 minutes) of NAC in rodents given alcohol appears to reduce liver damage while giving NAC after alcohol (four hours) may aggravate the damage induced by alcohol. One other study assessing mitochondrial structure of liver tissue in alcoholic rodents found that administration of NAC seemed to prevent the hormetic response to alcohol while not necessarily preventing other forms of damage to mitochondria; this observation occurred alongside the standard reduction in oxidative damage. For Nicotine Addiction. In one study, subjects addicted to nicotine given 2,400mg N-acetylcysteine for four weeks relative to placebo, supplementation tended to reduce the frequency of cigarettes smoked after two weeks of supplementation. These findings come from an objective scientific review online journal. You can find more on NAC on a website called "Examine".Feel free to message me or comment if you have any questions about the science aspect!
