Great value
A few months after I fitted this shower I thought the thermostat had become faulty and I gave it a poor review, it turned out to be an external issue with the unbalanced hot and cold water pressure which I had to solve. The shower works perfectly now and I’ve been pleased with.

NOT a value for the money.
Only a few months of use and the thermostatic valve has failed. From beginning the switching between handheld shower and the overhead was difficult, worked very tight and now can't turn it at all. Another issue is with the rust coming up, surely the whole shower bar and all parts should be rust proof. The price is fairly low but if you have to buy another one in less than a year it makes expensive purchase and there's also hassle of changing it over if you can do it yourself, otherwise more money to spend. Overall waste of money and time.

We were fed up paying ridiculous sums for 'branded' shower mixers so bought this one to try. Its well made and looks smart and has worked perfectly so far. So in terms of value for money its 5 stars

Love it apart from a leak from the outlet regulator at the top anyone know where I can get replacement parts from? As I’m struggling to locate the part

Broken
Only just set this shower head up and 3 of the wholes are faulty meaning they squirt in opposite directions. After having a closer look I believe there are extra holes in the rubber. We have to stand in front of the water so doesn’t squirt out the bath ruining the floor. Looking to get a replacement please??
