Speedy
My old laptop was very slow to load and had a poor keyboard. The Lenovo has a solid state hard-drive and is very much quicker and responsive. Four months after purchase, it is working well and I haven't experienced any negative points. I use it mainly for emails and browsing; for these tasks it is ideal and inexpensive.

Fantastic customer services
I can't overstate how good the customer services were fit this product. First delivery didn't boot up at all. Contacted Lenovo direct under instruction from seller, fantastic customer service and code issued. Contacted seller, again fantastic customer service, even organising DPD pick up for return. New laptop sent out, working without a problem. Brilliant! Laptop is quick, plenty of storage. Bought for my daughter who's going to uni, she's very happy!

Do not buy this Laptop. It's extremely slow for the price and characteristics.I never worked with such a crap a slow laptop. Big mistake buying it

I’m very pleased
I’m definitely not good with computers but I managed to add my emails and add my programs, I removed the internet security it came with and installed Mcafee very easily, had no problems so far it’s very quick and does exactly what I need it to do

It's worth paying extra for the better spec
Purchased this for my wife. Initially, I was looking at a lower spec as she only uses it for surfing the net and email. However, after viewing the spec of the cheaper ones we decided to go for this one and it was a wise decision. There's hardly any crapware on it apart from an MS Office trial so you don't keep getting nag screens. I immediately uninstalled MS Office and then set the laptop up with my wife's gmail account and other stuff she wanted - family photos etc I transferred from a back-up flash drive.
