Software did not work
This is a physically beautiful product with rich sound. Sadly, the software was a mess. Would not turn off and on properly, timed out while trying to set date and time, would not allow me to set FM stations, had weird way of connecting to wi fi that did not match our system, documentation poor, etc. Sent it back.

Very Nice all in one. Good Sound, everything works.
No Bluetooth out, other than that everything works as expected. Very nice package with good sound, easy to use. Would buy again and recommend to friends.

Very Difficult to use.
Sound is great, remote and top controls are difficult to use.

No support - crapshoot purchase
The company appears to have disappeared. Wi-Fi connection is limited to very basic WEP, WPA connections. All functions work on mine except USB - could not get player to recognize usb drive despite trying various drive formats, mp3 encodings and even file name length. Could be decent but not really worth the 199 - spend more for something better.

Terrible set up directions. Loud popping from speakers when turn it on.

Attractive and sounds good
A compact system that does everything I need it to do. I have it hooked up to my turntable so I can play pretty much any media I want. The sound is good for a normal size room, and it looks nice and unobtrusive.

Volume stuck on high!
I bought this three years ago and now the volume is stuck on high and the volume knob is not working. I think this should have lasted more than three years since it was only used maybe once every few months.

Very difficult to use
This is very hard to set up and to operate. The light at night on the clock lights up the entire room and that’s on low !
