Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Black Pepper, Coarse Ground, 18 oz

I have purchased many types of pepper. Course ground pepper is my favorite as it holds it's flavor especially when baking or stewing. This is the best pepper at a really great price. A true course ground pepper

I use alot of pepper with all the sausage making and bbq that I do. This seems to be the best for price and flavor. Not as course as Id like, but its fresh and the right size.

I would say this is probably a 16 to an 18 mesh which is technically on the coarser side, but it’s not a really really course grind like a 12 or 14. With that said the flavor is very good and it is an excellent pepper.

Love the taste of this coarse ground black pepper. The taste is really fresh compare to fresh ground black pepper. The price went up for sometimes and I decided to purchase the whole black peppercorns with grinder at Costco instead of this. Surprisingly that the fresh ground black pepper out of peppercorns I purchased is not as good as Amazon ground pepper. Amazon ground black pepper has more intensive flavor and fragrance. I would switch back for this one whenever it use up.

I ordered this in an emergency for a brisket. It was delivered within maybe an hour (I live near an Amazon hub). The ground pepper size was as expected. Maybe it's because it's fresher than the pepper I had been using, but this stuff definitely had more of a kick, which I appreciate. Thanks again, Amazon, for another product that's of high quality, inexpensive, and delivered to my door faster than I can drive to the store to get it, so I can continue being a hermit and not leaving my house!
