Q: $250? does it tell me the news and weather? where are the usb ports? what is the verbal command to sync with alexa? windows 10 home or windows 10 pro?

1) Seeing that you just put it in your mouth and it brushes your teeth for you, you can check out the news and weather on your phone while you brush your teeth, unless of course, you still have to go back to your home office and use your computer with CRT Monitor? 2) Again, what year is it? USB ports?! It has a magnetic wireless charger.. 3) Who needs Alexa when it has its own AI built right in to guide you to brush your teeth to maximum cleanliness. So,.. I’d rather spend $250 today to have a professional grade clean every day then spend $900 every dentist visit I go to in the future, just saying.

Q: What color are the brush heads included in the package for the Violet handle? Black or White?

Ours came with white brush heads for the pink toothbrush, and black for the black.

Q: does the brush head actually rotate or just vibrate?

I don’t know why people on here are saying it rotates. It does NOT rotate/oscillate (move in a circle)! Supposedly it makes quick back & forth movements, of less than 30 degrees each way (which does nothing). And actually from what I can see it seems to occur only inadvertently as a result of the vibrations. So basically the brush head is a little loose and it gives a little when it vibrates (so that it doesn’t break). Whoopie!! Hopefully that makes sense to you as to why this supposed feature isn’t printed anywhere on the box or in the item description. It’s because it’s not an effective, purposeful function of the toothbrush.
