I don’t know what in this work for me but boy does it! I tried cash cow and another one can’t remember of the top of my head but it didn’t do much. I tried this and have been using it for months now and it’s extremely effective. I have preemie Nicu twins and got eclampsia and had to remain hospitalized, between that and me being and inconsistent pumper a baby with a tongue tie it hurt my supply massively And sometimes I still slack but the moment I take this I’m back to normal. I did EBF my second baby for 4 yrs but I didn’t get to with the twins so this has been a savior for me. It does have a strong anise flavor but I don’t mind. And it does not upset my stomach at all. The pills are not the smallest but I don’t mind that either, the prenatals are much larger.

10/10 I pump passively with a haakaa or with my regular pump and I will say this product is the one. I was using another supplement to help stabilize my production but it was giving my baby terrible gas to the point he was screaming and super fussy at night. I take like 2-4 a day depending on if I want to oversupply for storage. 2 a day should suffice. I also noticed that if I drink mother’s milk with the supplement my supply increases even more. Overall I truly like this product. I want to try the other ones but I’m afraid if the gas they might give to my baby and I.

Could definitely see a difference in my milk supply! I love these and the liquid gold!

I bought this as a sort of “let’s see what happens.” I was a skeptic but turns out it works! My baby was very gassy at night and it would take him a while to work out poops. I started with just 2 capsules a day, and I’ve noticed that he is less gassy at night, milk flow is better, number of letdowns have increased, and milk production has evened out during the day. I’m leaving 4 stars because it does nothing for my GI system - breastfeeding makes me gassy and that hasn’t changed. Granted, I’m only taking 2 per day instead of 6, but since it works for my baby I don’t want to increase it just for my benefit and potentially mess things up for him.

This product left my baby and I with horrific gas. I stopped and started it twice to make sure I wasn’t crazy. My little one screams from the pain of the gas. This was not a win for us, sadly.

Hasn't done a whole lot for me, but I just think everyone's body reacts differently with supplements like these. I've tried almost all of the legendary milk supplements and I think my body just won't increase milk supply unless I pump more. It's worth a try but no magic pills unfortunately

Short story: I LOVE this product!Pros:-faster letdown-more production☆decreases GAS problems!☆-bigger breasts-no taste-starts effect next dayCons:-.....-.....- I don't think there are any?-maybe the size? If you have problems swallowing big capsules.-maybe the fact it's only a 10 day supply.-and I guess a con would be you have to take it 3 times a day.Long story:I have never been a big producer and my letdown was super slow. I took fenugreek, ate a lactation no bake mix with brewers yeast and drank body armour at least twice a day and still felt like I was just getting by. I tried to build a stash for when I went back to work but I always felt like I was really taking from my baby so half the time I would just feed it back to her because I didn't replenish what I just took out in time for my baby to nurse. In 2 months I was able to save 20 oz. Rivy was also very gassey and therefore a bit whiny and I eventually found out fenugreek causes gas. So I stopped taking that and decided to invest in LegenDairy, even thought it seemed a bit much for only 10 days. But I felt awful when I realized I was causing my baby to be uncomfortable and gassey. So! When I saw this one helps with milk AND gas, I said SOLD, it's worth a shot. I just finished the bottle and I can 100% say my baby has definitely stopped fussing from gas! Sure she had some discomfort every now and then but it used to be everyday, at least half of the day. AND I am producing more, about 3 or 4 oz when I was producing 0.5-2oz. AND my letdown occurs within just a couple minutes when before it was taking like 10 minutes, it was awful. AND haha my boobs are bigger, so me being a B, it's a plus for me haha.Anyways, I have Cash Cow next and Liquid Gold after that. I'm hoping for similar results 😀Very pleased! Highly recommend!
